We are looking for a Junior Product Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help the Game Managers for Live Games and Tech Managers to enhance our mobile gaming experience. You will play a key role in improving the experience of millions of players by creating impactful analysis, dashboards and frameworks.

Based in Paris or Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Data Analytics Manager, Game Managers, Tech Managers, and other Analytics team members to deliver high-end analytics solutions and actionable business insights that drive our innovation forward.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Analyze our tests: Measure key performance indicators, craft analysis to understand game behaviours and generate insights for game versions, AB tests and feature optimisation;
  
• Suggest improvements on the game based on insights gathered
  
• Craft Impactful Dashboards that improves reusability and self service inside the company
  
• Investigate tech issues and collaborate with tech managers to find root causes
  
• Follow up Key Performance Indicators and explain unexpected variability through input metrics
  
• Work in an agile environment with constant feedbacks and opportunities to improve

The profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a pragmatic mindset for balancing short-term needs with long-term goals
• Great SQL skills capable of digging through unstructured data
• At least 1 year of working experience on analytical job
• A deep passion for mobile gaming
• Learning mindset
• Good communication skills: complete and direct communication
• Nice to have: Passion for AI with experience on applying it on day to day problems
• Nice to have: Experience with data visualisation tools (preferably Looker + LookerML).
• Nice to have: Math or Computer competitions are a plus
• Nice to have: Experience on Kaggle or equivalent website
