Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Manage and prioritize the development of features in coordination with cross-department teams
  
• Drive the production processes from concept to release
  
• Collaborate with game managers and game designers to define the game roadmap
  
• Communicate with transparency on the project status and progress to the team and the company
  
• Participate in the game-making effort by giving your thoughtful feedback to the team and bringing your own ideas to the table
  

At Madbox, we strongly believe that a good product can only thrive with strong player based design and experiences crafted by game makers at heart, this applies even more for a Game Producer role as you are at the heart of the game production. So we expect game makers who have a good understanding of the different crafts and can actively participate in creating features with the teams!

The profile we are looking for:

• Experience with mobile gaming and/or casual gaming
• Previous experience in game producing, project management or roadmap definition is greatly appreciated
• Solid basis in design skills to be able to share and challenge design vision
• Excellent communication skills to ensure alignement within the team
• Keen eye for UX, art or tech are a big plus
• Any experience with Notion, Excel or Figma is appreciated
