We are seeking a Growth / User Acquisition Analyst to join our team and make our games reach millions of players worldwide. Our game Pocket Champs currently has over 400M of downloads and we have several titles in the production pipeline at various stage of development. We need to distribute them worldwide with the maximum efficiency through various marketing channels. This is the job of the growth team and YOU as a Growth / User Acquisition Analyst, will be in charge of making our titles scale, reach millions of users and reach strong ROI KPIs.
Your future responsibilities and scope:
- User acquisition: You'll be in charge of campaigns performance management. Your daily mission will be to manage and monitor some of our major user acquisition channels (Facebook / Google / Applovin / Unity …) to maximize volume while respecting your ROAS target. You will own the full UA of some of our titles.
- Prepare new games launches: You’ll be the owner of the new game pipeline, responsible of evaluating (and influencing) their marketability. You will participate in the preparation and execution of the launch, making sure everything stays on track while handling budget in the millions.
- Special projects: You will be the owner of some special projects. Could be refining our creative testing process, reviewing our reporting process, optimizing our ad monetization, etc…
- Data Analysis: You'll be at the center of a huge amount of data. One of the key parts of your mission will be to analyze user acquisition, find opportunities for further scale, develop deep & easily reusable analysis.
- Automate your work: You’ll help design tools which will help you automate your work, unlock new insights as well. You will also act as client to our internal dedicated web automation team.
The profile we are looking for:

Strong data analysis skills (preferably with an education background in engineering, finance, or mathematics)
- You have at least two years of experience working in user acquisition for a successful game

Curious & hungry to learn and improve: you are never satisfied by status quo, you constantly want to learn and have more impact.
- Your organization skills are top notch, enabling to make progress on several topics in parallel
- High expertise in Excel. Nice to have: data analysis with SQL, R and/or Python
- Your written and oral communication skills are great, team spirit and proactivity
- English speaking and writing
